An internship with ADE allows you to use your education,

impact. Within the internships listed below, we work with
you to make your experience the most useful it can be for
you, your future, and for the local community in Costa
Rica.
As an organization doing fresh, new, and innovative
development work, you will not only be able to be a part of

Responsibilities
Intern responsibilities may include any of the following, as well as additional unlisted functions:
•
Perform market analysis and research on experiential
education programs.
• Assist ADE in creating a comprehensive marketing plan for our education program.
• Market our education program to schools and universities.
• Assist with daily administrative duties.
• Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
• Monitor all social media platforms.
• Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
• Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Work closely with International Coordinator to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials.
• Assist ADE in creating a comprehensive marketing plan for our education program.
• Market our education program to schools and universities.
• Assist with daily administrative duties.

• Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Engage with customers or clients.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
• Assists in creating performance reports.
• Work closely with International Coordinator to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials.

• Design clear engaging graphic communications. This will include marketing/communication brochures, direct mail pieces, website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline.
• Retouch and manipulate images.
• Work closely with International Coordinator to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials.
• Design clear engaging graphic communications. This will include marketing/communication brochures, direct mail pieces, website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed.

• Capture engaging photos and/or videos to support the creative process of marketing content.
• Think creatively and develop a robust photo and video library for printed and digital content.
• Organize and sort raw videos and edit the videos to create short movies for use online.
• Record audio interviews and other sounds for manipulation, mixing, and reproduction for use in a variety of mediums.
• Prepare images for use in different media formats including, video, web, email and print.
• Work closely with International Coordinator to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials.

• Assist in gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Assist in maintaining, expanding, and scaling site.
Collaborates with International Coordinator to match the intent of visual design.

• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success.
